3D Toolset is a free suite of 3D printing calculators. This page explains what data we collect (very little) and how affiliate links and any future advertising work.
Data We Collect
3D Toolset has no user accounts, no backend, and no database. Every calculator runs entirely in your browser — the numbers you enter are never sent to us or stored anywhere. We don't have any forms on this site that submit data to a server, so there is no personal information for us to collect, store, or lose.
Affiliate Links
Some pages on this site include affiliate links to MatterHackers and Amazon Associates. When you click one of these links and make a purchase, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. Clicking an affiliate link sets a tracking cookie managed by that program's own systems — not by 3D Toolset directly — so that program can attribute the purchase back to us. Advertising
3D Toolset does not currently run display advertising. We may add display ads in the future to help keep these tools free — if we do, this section will be updated to describe the ad network used and any cookies it sets for ad personalization. No such tracking is in place today.
